Dear Parishioners, 
 
The 2008 Georgetown House Tour will be held on Saturday, April 26,
and we really need lots of help between now and then.
Below is a list of the various volunteer opportunities:
 

Tea Preparation - Making sandwiches for the tea
Thursday Evening (April 24), 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Friday Morning (April 25), 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
 

Cookie Baking ­ We need dozens and dozens of cookies baked at home and
brought to church on Friday or  Saturday morning
 

Tea Service  - Serving tea to the guests who attend the  tour
Saturday - First Shift (1:00 - 3:00 pm)
Saturday - Second Shift (3:00 - 5:00 pm)
 

Ticket Sales - Same-day ticket sales and ³will-call²  ticket distribution
Friday - (hours TBD)
Saturday - First Shift (9:00 - 1:00 pm)
Saturday - Second Shift (2:00 pm - 5:30 pm)
 

Docents - Tour guides in various homes on the tour
Saturday - First Shift (10:30 - 2:00 pm)
Saturday - Second Shift (2:00 pm - 5:30 pm)
 

Miscellaneous/Administrative Duties ­ lay rugs (the evening before and
morning of); parking (day of); church tours (day of); miscellaneous issues
on the day of the House Tour.
