My husband and I are parishioners at St Johns.  We can not come to the
auction next weekend, but we do have a small beach cottage in Rehoboth DE
that we thought we could donate for a weekend to help out.  It would be
available any weekend in June- those are the 7, 14, 21, or 28.  Whoever buys
it is welcome to use the cottage Thursday through Sunday of any of those
weekends.  

 

It is basically a one room cottage with a sleeping loft (queen size bed).
We have a nice screen porch and the area is very peaceful.  We are on
Henlopen Avenue, in the Pines section of Rehoboth and the downtown shops and
restaurants are all walkable.  There is a nice state park beach at the end
of the street.  It is perfect for a couple or single, but would really be
too small for the whole family.  We do have a pack and play for our infant
and it fits in the living room.
