[Info] St. John's Ash Wednesday schedule

Dear Members and Friends of St. John's,

Today is Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. We had a good number of folk
who came to our 7 a.m. Service of Holy Eucharist with Imposition of Ashes.
We have yet today two more services: At 5:30 p.m. Holy Eucharist and
Centering Prayer in the Chapel of the Carpenter and then at 7 pm, Holy
Eucharist with Imposition of Ashes in the church. (Note, the 5:30 p.m.
Service will not include ashes.)

Be sure to pick up a copy of the Lenten Booklet "Walk through the Bible
during Lent" prepared for the parishioners of St. John¹s.

Please try to attend the Lenten Bible Study, beginning next Tuesday, 12
February. The series will go for five consecutive Tuesdays, beginning at
6:30  and ending at 8 p.m. Albert will speak on ³Jesus through the eyes of
Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and Paul.² On 12 February Jesus through the eyes
of Mark will be discussed.
