Here are some final reminders and information for our walkers this Saturday.

 

Although the registration deadline was last Saturday, May 12, you can bring
your registration and check with you to the walk BUT PLEASE give me ( Jill
Thorpe) your name beforehand so I can notify the organizers.  Please email
me at jill at MerleThorpeArchitects.com.  The registration form can be
downloaded from the parish's website

If you want a ride from St. John's to Alexandria's Waterfront Park, please
email me ahead of time, so I have a count.  

 

Also, if you have space in your car for riders, please let me know that.  

 

Carpoolers will be meeting at St. John's at 7:15am, Saturday May 19.  The
Hyde School parking lot will be open for us.  We will leave St. John's
promptly at 7:30am to assure we have enough time to park, confirm our
registration and assemble behind our banner, which Parish children decorated
last Sunday.

 

I don't have any fancy breakfast ideas, but if anyone can bring waters,
juice, and/or coffee, let me know.  I'll bring the DONUTS...If you've never
tried Heidelberg Bakery, you are in for a real treat!
