Thank you to everyone who was able to help support my administrative efforts
last year.  I look forward to serving all of you in this coming year.  Below
there are a few ways for people to lend a helping hand.  If this is
something you may be able to do, please let me know!

OFFICE COVERAGE:  Every Monday at 1 pm we have our weekly staff meeting.  If
you would be able to help cover the office for an hour, please let me know.
I will be signing up people for all of 2007.

 

HOUSE TOUR MAILING:  Tuesday, January 16th from 3-6pm, we will be putting
together the largest mailing for our House Tour advertisement.  Please feel
free to join us for as long as you are able.   We will be sealing, labeling
and stamping flyers.  (There will be no folding involved.)

 

THE SENTINEL:  Tuesday, January 30th from 2-4pm.  There is a great deal of
hard work that goes into producing the Sentinel every month (led by Carol
Cameron and Ann LaPorta).  Since we have been producing it in-house to
reduce cost we are always in need of helping hands.  Please come join us for
some casual chit-chat as we fold, label and stamp our parish newsletter. 

 

WELCOME BAGS:  Tuesday, February 6th from 3-6pm. You may have noticed the
welcome bags in the back pews on Sundays.  We have been putting together
beautiful welcome bags filled with useful information and small gifts for
newcomers.  Please join us as we put these together for our guests.
